Currently, there is no interruption to Sava’s products and/or materials fulfillment caused by COVID-19 and its impact on global supply chains. We want to communicate with you that we are proactively making decisions based on many interrelated factors and considerations with your best interests in mind. Concerning the ongoing management of production and fulfillment during this time, the following preventative actions are in place:
SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT
- Based on a comprehensive supplier management review, our current risk level for materials is extremely low. However, in anticipation of our customers’ needs, we have increased certain stock levels accordingly. These proactive steps are to minimize lead-time exposure and ensure that we meet customer needs and demands.
EXISTING CUSTOMERS
- As a precaution, Sava recommends current customers plan for unanticipated fulfillment complications by placing orders for periods longer than usual. Such modifications to normal ordering frequency will provide for Sava’s ability to mitigate possible challenges created by COVID-19 circumstances.
FACILITIES & EMPLOYEE COMMUNICATIONS
- Where possible, Sava is limiting access to offices, production facilities and materials to Sava personnel only.
- Sava is honoring precautions prescribed by the CDC to mitigate risks of surface and work environment contamination. Frequent hand washing and professional facilities cleaning services are ongoing.
- Sava uses a personnel-only mobile app to communicate COVID-19, health and hygiene information.
