Since joining Sava as CFO in 2015 and later being promoted to President & CEO in 2019, Chris has led the company through significant expansion and transformation. Under his leadership, Sava has:

- Transformed manufacturing operations by implementing lean initiatives to improve efficiency and precision.
- Strengthened employee engagement, holding one-on-one meetings with all 90 employees to foster collaboration and remove leadership barriers.
- Guided Sava through the COVID-19 pandemic, ensuring employee safety while maintaining operational continuity.
